FST21 Opens Americas HQ Headed by Security Industry Veteran Avi Lupo
February 2010 — FST21 Ltd. is pleased to announce the opening of its American headquarters in the
Boston area led by Avi Lupo, who joins FST21 after 25+ years of management experience in the electronic security
industry. With an active role in key industry associations such as the CSAA and NBFAA, he helped establish industry
standards and future strategic direction. Avi, a co‐founder and president of OzVision Global, established the company as a
leading developer of advanced video solutions in the international security monitoring market. Integrating its innovative
solutions with the largest players in the global market, Avi formed strategic alliances that introduced Video‐As‐A‐Service to
the world of security. Prior to joining OzVision, he was the CEO of Scan Group International, a group of full‐service security
and monitoring stations in Israel. Avi previously served as CEO of Israel‐based Vegal Industries.
